Bivalent COVID-19 vaccines, also referred to as "updated COVID-19 boosters" or "Omicron boosters" are now available. Everyone 6 months and older is recommended to get an updated bivalent vaccine dose. If you have not yet received an updated bivalent vaccine, sign-up today for an appointment at the next available clinic.

Bivalent COVID-19 Booster approved for people 12 years and older - Free to all
Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 Booster approved for people 5-11 years old - Free to all

Flu for people 5 years and older (Regular and Senior Dose); Free for Medicare D members and most health insurance plans; co-pay may be required for some health insurance plans
Tdap - Free for Medicare D members; co-pay may be required for other health insurance plans
Shingles - Free for Medicare D members; co-pay may be required for other health insurance plans
Pneumonia - Free for Medicare D members; co-pay may be required for other health insurance plans
**Please note that Kaiser members can receive a FREE COVID-19 booster at any upcoming clinic. However, all other vaccines are only free to Kaiser members at a Kaiser facility.**
IMPORTANT!
All participants must bring a printed copy of completed and signed Informed Consent Form. The Informed Consent Form can be filled-out, downloaded and printed from the appointment reservation website link in the table above, or you can download it by clicking on one of the buttons below. A parent or guardian must complete and sign the Informed Consent Form for a participant under 18 years old.
Bring CDC COVID-19 vaccine card.
Bring medical and prescription insurance cards. COVID-19 vaccines are covered at no-cost for those insured or not insured.
Your medical/prescription insurance may require a co-pay cost for vaccines other than the COVID-19 booster. Kaiser members can receive FREE COVID-19 vaccinations at SCCOE community clinics. For all other vaccines, Kaiser members must go to a Kaiser facility for free vaccinations. If your medical insurance does not cover a flu vaccination, the cost is $40 for the regular flu vaccine; $70 for the senior dose flu vaccine.
Wear a short-sleeve shirt to your appointment, if possible.
Walk-ins are accepted as long as supplies and time permit.
